Adobe Creative Cloud for teams makes life easier for IT, with no-fuss software and license management, plus advanced support and lower costs.

"The flexibility we have in managing licenses now with Adobe Creative Cloud for teams is light years better than what we were doing before."

—Vlad Spears, Technologist, Obscura Digital

Deployment? You’re in the driver’s seat.

When you move up from Creative Suite to the 2015 release of Creative Cloud for teams, you can deploy apps and updates the way that works best for you and your team. Either do it centrally, so you can control the frequency of updates, or allow team members to self-install. Either way, you’ll give them access to the creative apps they need—including Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC and InDesign CC—to do their greatest work.

License managment made simple.

Your licenses are always current, so noncompliance is a non-issue. Deploy Adobe software to your team members even before the purchasing process is complete—billing catches up at the next payment cycle. And because licenses are tied to the company, not the individual user, you can reissue seats at any time.

Licenses

Organizations purchase and manage licenses, but individual users activate and authenticate through Adobe's servers with their Adobe ID and password.

Authorization/ activation: Through a user's Adobe ID and password.
Administration: Through a web-based Admin Console.

Security

Because mobile apps and services let users work anywhere, administrators should familiarize themselves with file syncing and storage in order to maintain governance over assets.

Storage: Cloud-based services and storage are authorized with a user's Adobe ID.
Administrator access: Administrators may access locally synced Creative Cloud folders or access cloud storage with a user's Adobe ID and password.

Support and training

Support is included for both administrators and users.

Administrator: Advanced, 24/7 technical support via phone, email, chat and forums.
Users: Expert Services (1:1 consulting sessions with Creative Cloud experts), video tutorials and step-by-step product guides.

Network

Desktop apps run from users' hard drives, not their browsers. Network bandwidth is not required, but there are a few network considerations.

Bandwidth: Bandwidth is required for app download and installation as well as cloud-based syncing and storage. Bandwidth can be affected by the number of users self-installing or syncing assets to the cloud.
Internet access: Internet connection required at least once every 99 days to validate membership.
